All sales of car batteries and related products are final. Once a battery leaves our shop or is delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.
If a battery is completely dead on arrival (DOA) or has a proven manufacturing defect, you may return it within 24 hours of purchase/delivery, accompanied by the original receipt.
The battery must be in its original, unused condition and will be tested by our technician. If confirmed defective, we will replace it with the same model at no extra cost. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
Car batteries are sensitive electrical components. Their performance and lifespan depend heavily on correct fitment, vehicle charging system health, and usage. Once installed or handled, we cannot resell the battery or guarantee its condition. This policy keeps our prices fair and protects all customers.
